Studies on school operations and traffic flow have shown that organized dismissal systems can significantly reduce average wait times and improve overall campus safety. Schools that implement structured pickup solutions report reductions in congestion and improved parent satisfaction, while also enhancing accountability and student tracking. A more efficient dismissal process not only improves the daily experience for families but also reflects a school’s commitment to modernization, safety, and operational excellence—key factors in building trust and maintaining a strong institutional reputation.
DSMS is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for schools of all levels to streamline student dismissal, scheduling, and campus coordination. Built with both administrators and parents in mind, DSMS simplifies one of the most chaotic parts of the school day—dismissal—by transforming it into a structured, data-driven process. With centralized control and real-time visibility, schools can manage student flow more efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized campus environment.
Our system integrates directly with campus-wide monitors and a kiosk portal, allowing parents to input their child’s student number to instantly notify staff and call students for pickup. Once entered, the system triggers live updates across display screens, ensuring that students and faculty are immediately aware of dismissal requests. DSMS also tracks real-time class status, giving administrators clear visibility into whether students are still in class, in transit, or already dismissed—eliminating guesswork and reducing delays.
In many schools, dismissal is often unstructured and stressful. Students may still be playing, socializing, or unaware that they are being picked up, leading to long wait times for parents. Meanwhile, entrances and waiting areas can quickly become overcrowded, with parents manually searching for their children or repeatedly asking staff for updates. This not only creates confusion but also raises safety concerns, as congested pickup zones increase the risk of miscommunication and security issues.
DSMS addresses these challenges by introducing a streamlined, automated workflow that minimizes waiting time and removes uncertainty. With instant notifications, centralized displays, and real-time tracking, students are called only when their guardians arrive, ensuring they are ready and accounted for. This results in a smoother, more controlled dismissal process where parents spend less time waiting and staff can focus on coordination rather than crowd management.
Each parent will be given a student number corresponding to their child's system ID.
Whenever you want to call out your child, simply press the number and enter. The system will automatically queue the number to the screen located inside school premises.
The School Calling Monitor will then proceed to flash your child's name in the screen accompanied by announcement bell.
Each student called will be portrayed in the monitor for a maximum of 3 minutes which will then reset if you wish to call your child once again.
You can check the progress of student dismissal schedule either at the school entrance or just by checking your phone! We've integrated a cloud-based system that works through our website portals that each parent can access.
Each parent can check the School Dismissal Dashboard over the internet and plan their travel accordingly as well as notify your child inside school grounds with a click of a button.
As a parent, I’ve personally experienced the daily challenges of school pickup—waiting in long lines, trying to locate my child among a crowd, and dealing with the uncertainty of whether they’ve even been notified that I’ve arrived. I’ve seen firsthand how disorganized dismissal processes can create unnecessary stress for both families and school staff. That experience became the driving force behind DSMS.
DSMS is more than just a software platform—it’s a practical solution built from real-life frustration, designed to bring order, safety, and efficiency to one of the most overlooked parts of the school day. It represents our commitment to using technology not just to innovate, but to solve meaningful, everyday problems and make school life easier for everyone involved.
